Furniture industry training provider The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO) will be offing a special discounted rate on its courses booked at kbb LDN, on Stand G30. TFO, which runs an industry-specific training programme, will be offering two places on its training courses for the price of one.

The training programme covers a wide range of topics – including consumer law and complaints handling – with courses tailored specifically to different areas of the industry, such as beds, upholstery and home improvement.
